You automatically backdated my order to a day that had already passed. Order was unable to deliver. Tried emailing you to fix it. Never responded. They emailed me the next day that the order was undeliverable. It took so long that I had to cancel the order because they were for my daughter in the hospital.

They couldn't deliver flowers and they didn't try to find a solution. Just refund

Hoping they make good on getting them out tomorrow Of I had been informed earlier I could have gotten them delivered by another company.
