Annoying access denial that can't be cleared
Great product, but I attempted to check my scans tonight and was denied access by their AI security, even though my username and password are correct. "Your request was blocked by our web application firewall. This usually happens when traffic looks automated, arrives from a restricted network or VPN, or matches one of the security rules that protect Local Falcon. Nothing is wrong with your account — if you reached this page by mistake, our support team can review the block." Don't have 2FA enabled. Deleted cookies and still no access. No way to clear the denied access until their staff comes back in two or three days over the Labor Day weekend. Incredibly annoying and frustrating.
