Greg and Don were great for a load-out team! Load-out is always chaos with a fair amount of people being moody, self-centered, and only concerned for themselves and not about other bidders or the staff. I got there first and got a semi-good load spot in a very, and I mean very tight complex. Greg and Don were very clear in their instructions and what they expected from people trying to get their items. I got loaded but had to wait for 30mins to leave the lot as people impatiently blocked the exit in attempts to load their items and did not move until they were done loading and strapped down. Let me tell you, it’s par for the course and instead of getting mad, I just enjoyed the AC after sweating through my clothes in the heat, getting my things. Given the layout, parking, and load-out window, they did great trying to keep things orderly to the best of their abilities. Would like to see them again. For people wanting a honest review after 3 auctions here, here it is. . I just did a Largo metal shop auction and it went very well in my opinion. A good portion of reviews I have read on here are people who don’t read or understand the auction terms. It is pretty clear and I’ll be honest, two days of load-out are brutal but it’s clearly stated… can’t say anything beyond that; you need to understand how auctions work and THEIR terms. Every company does things differently and by contract, you agree to those terms by bidding. If you have concerns, call and email and get any request in writing if you make any and they agree to help outside of those terms. Now I might sound like a fanboy but I have also had a very bad auction out of my three. Durning bidding of another auction, I personally noticed duplicate lots and some misrepresentation of items. It happens sometimes and I think it on both the company and bidder to really look. Some items were double listed, I made very sure to bid on items that had no conflict. I showed up on load-out day two to find my items were gone; they were given (or stolen) by another bidder that won duplicate lots of different but same items. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy with my 2hr round trip. The manager tried to refund me a partial “value” of the items and whoever that was, is a joke and made me even more upset. I reached out to customer service and left a voicemail and email. Can’t believe I got a response back over the weekend but I did, that was a plus! Nicole from the customer service side was very pleasant and very understanding of the situation. It took about a week to resolve, be patient but she made it happen and made it right once she knew how everything happened. It was this experience that led me to bid on the previous mentioned auction in Largo. As for some of the “price fixing” reviews on here… I can’t confirm or deny it. I’ve seen many and I mean many companies that “seem” to have their “interests” protected in one way or another. If it happens or not, I can’t prove and I’ve lost bids to suspects but I can say that all the items I have purchased and won, I’ve been happy with and think I saved/made money with my wins. Just my two cents.

Don and Greg did a great job helping us find everything. Would buy from them again!

Desiree was very helpful and cheerful. I appreciate the fact that she directed me to my lots and watched me load everything out. I have had one experience in the past where a lot was taken by someone else so I very much appreciate this service.
