I have been doing CE NMLS 8 hours for a long time. Loan Officer School is excellent. CJ Rice is a great instructor and David Reinholtz, the owner, cares and is committed.

They NEVER answer the phone. Very unprofessioinal.

This really was the worst experience with any CE provider I have ever used. There were so many problems with their software I was forced to find another provider. I as for a refund 3 times within their 10 refund policy. They refused saying the problems was me, not them. I had my computer checked to be sure and I was told there was nothing wrong with my computer or camera. They would not answer their phone and I left several voice mails. They never called back. When I was taking the second half of the video class, my picture did not show up that proved I was there. I asked again for a refund and found another provider. The whole thing was completed the next day and uploaded to the NML the same day. They told me since they sent emails they were supporting me, so the problems was on my end.
