Hi Kristina, Thank you for your feedback. We looked into your case and as we understand you wished to change your loan plan after your loan was approved and funded. Since the loan funds had already been disbursed by then, it was not possible to change the terms of your loan. We apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused. We have also noted your challenges reaching customer service when they were overloaded due to staffing challenges. We appreciate your feedback and will address the concerns immediately. Thank you.
