Mike Vernon was extremely knowledgeable, and responded informatively and in a very timely manner. I have given this a five star review based on my experience to date working with Mike. However, I was surprised by higher than expected quotes for the appraisal and mortgage insurance, which I was told were provided by third party vendors and thus outside the control of LoanFlight.

I chose LoanFlight after working with another lender that was unable to close a loan before the 60 day lock expired. From the beginning the process was clearly explained and updates on the process were provided via text and the loan portal. Everything went smoothly and everyone was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this company.
