We used Shiply to transport an heirloom antique rocker from Texas to SC. We accepted Load Master's bid. We advertised it as shipper to wrap and protect to suit them. We were completely upfront about what it was, the condition, and that they would have to package and protect it. My aunt was using the rocker when she had it, but it was broken when we got it here. They were disrespectful to my mom and lied to her about payment to the driver. We paid extra for TWO different insurance policies on the rocker. Both Shiply and Load Master refused to pay for the repairs that cost $975. They would not even refund the insurance that they fraudulently sold. We just recently got the rocker back from being repaired. I tried to leave feedback on their website about them, but it says that we already did, even though we have not. DO NOT TRUST THEIR REVIEWS! They block the bad ones.

This company deleted their google reviews after I left them a bad review. Really bad experience. Bad communication, felt like we were being swindled. Demanded more money after initial deposit, then once our load was with the trucker they TRIED TO BRIBE THE TRUCKER TO HOLD OUR LOAD HOSTAGE UNTIL WE PAID MORE MONEY. Also, FMCSA says their insurance is not in good standing. Watch out for load makers on shiply aka load masters from Los Angeles with Leo and Grace. Here's what the company texts me after this review- "Hello. May I know what is the reason you are spreading lie about our company?? Do you have some personal or family issue you can not solve and you met us all of a sudden? Maybe you need someone who could hear you? If you want to talk and you have a lot of anger inside you i understand, I can hear if you want to share. But do not do it. Maybe we could not reach your expectations but it does not mean you should keep you like that. Aree you sitting there and thinking where else you can leave a negative review and nothing is left? Whould you like my facebook or instagram so you can post there that we were the worst shippaing company and I was the worst operator who instantly answered your phonecalls? I understand You are the customer and i absulutely tried to be respecful but you do not have to keep like this. You don't even have our MC number, how do you know it's bad?"

Unprofessional as a carrier for transport. Broker lied to customer tried to make us look bad. Broker spam called and texted lied about my company multiple times. Blew up my phone about bad reviews.

Cussed us out

By far the worst shipping company I’ve ever worked with. They will steal your money. They will take jobs that they cannot complete in the communication is horrible. Leo is just as bad as whoever else you talk to. Whatever you do do not use the service. Make sure you report them if they are doing something wrong or they’ve done something to you. I’m tired of companies getting over on everybody else just because they’re bad service and taking jobs that they can’t provide. Don’t use

Scammers. This company is horrible, I placed an order and it’s been 10 days and still can’t pick up my car. I’m sure they are scamming drivers and under paying them therefore no body wants pick up my car. The broker who was very rude and could hardly speak English with a accent was very rude and dishonest
