Process seemed to go pretty smooth, hard for me to judge exactly as I had product directly shipped to my Niece for the Holidays, so I never saw it

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad the ordering and shipping process went smoothly, especially with the item being sent directly to your niece for the holidays. We hope she absolutely loved it! We appreciate you trusting LM Treasures with your gift and hope to help you find something special again in the future.
