Every indication is that this company is a scam. After waiting many weeks for my order (lights for paintings) to arrive--seemingly from Ireland--I received notification that the product had been delivered--to somewhere in Irving, Texas (I live in Miami, FL). "Customer service" advised me to check the tracking number: I did. My PO says there is no such number in the US Postal Service. Future buyers beware!

I received a text about a picture light that needs only batteries. I ordered it in gold tone. When I received the light, it was missing the remote. I cannot use a latter every time I want to turn the light on or off. I need the remote. Also, why, when I received the light, why was Devin Jones 23 W.21ST St. Los Angeles, CA 90007 as the return address and not LLYTABULATE?

Similar experience to Naomi Hutson on 1 April! Ordered a light which was supposed to come with a remote control. "Package Contents" stated that it was all there - BUT NO REMOTE CONTROL!! Like Naomi, don't want a US $2 compensation! - want a remote control so that I can use the light I purchased! Terrible experience and if my experience is anything like their normal business practices then they should not be in business. AVOID this company!!! or deal with them at your peril!!

Absolutely terrible - I purchased magnetic painting light which was supposed to have a remote and charger - however item arrived without remote and USB charger. I contacted the company straight away who responded to say their warehouse shipped all items and here is a $2 USD REFUND! I said no pls Send all items as described. Company still refused. Terrible item terrible service terrible terrible terrible do not buy anything from this company

I ordered a product worth $120.00 and needed it shipped to my address in Goa -India.. so far its taken 58 days and still not delivered. I contacted support and all i get is a robot. I need to speak to someone and find out why im not getting accurate responses from my questions and to understand why after paying for the V.I.P service im still waiting for my parcel. I adked for a refund because the timeframe is riddiculous and the robot still maintained the it is out for delivery. This is a joke , the customer service is appalling. Total waste of $120.00 Ive been scammed

I asked why my “Japanese” acne cream had mostly Chinese characters on it, the had no idea. I asked where it was made, they didn’t know. I asked why my order was shipped from Slovenia and they said that was the closest warehouse to the States. Dodgy. Save your money.
