Great Service from LL Medico but watch the duty to UK
Excellent Product choice and speedy shipping, but I have received an invoice for duty and vat, and a shipping delay of a week. I wonder if this may have been avoided if the description was medical supplies rather than 'gift' ?

Hi David. We appreciate the nice review. We did send your package via USPS Express International and it looks like it arrived to you in 1 week (5 business days). This is right around the average for express shipments to Europe and is also stated during checkout and in our shipping policy (https://www.llmedico.com/content/1/discrete-shipping/). Also, we can't control if your country will add duty fees or taxes to your shipment. We explain this in our shipping policy as well. We do however write "Protective Medical Garments" as well as "No Duty Please" on every international label to help combat this but we can't guarantee it will work. I also just checked the shipping label that went out for your order and I can't seem to find the word "Gift" on it anywhere (it's just my wife and I that do the shipping and we keep a copy of all the labels in our shipping software). Once again I'm sorry that you had to pay duty fees and taxes but this is completely out of our control.
