YOUR SYSTEM BLOCKED MY GOOD CHARGE CARD…
YOUR SYSTEM BLOCKED MY GOOD CHARGE CARD AS "Insufficient Funds", which is a term my charge card does not even utilize. Made my delivery two weeks late, at great inconvenience and embarrasment to me. Please send my card back through after giving your system time to connect properly with my card system,in the future. I appreciate your great service up until this problem. Thank you. Martha

Hi Martha. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. Our processor sends a request to your bank and then your bank provides us with a message back on whether they can process the charge, and if not, why. Better Dry diapersare great shippingtime not so much.
I like the quality of Better Dry diapers. The auto ship is pretty nice LL Medico seems to be a very good business. I was a bit agitated with them being out of Better Dry for longer than they said they would be, also though that they were out while moving to a better warehouse for faster shipping but it seems to be shipping from the same location and still takes a long time to get them in my area.

I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT BUT...
I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT. HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. THE ADHESIVE STRIPS DO NOT STICK VERY WELL. I ACTUALLY MESSAGED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MY ORDER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE TO RECEIVE ANOTHER BOX. THANK YOU. IF ANYTHING, MAYBE THAT IS SOMETHING THAT COULD BE LOOKED AT. IM SURPRISED NO ONE ELSE HAS INQUIRED ON THAT ISSUE.

I am happy that your company is carrying Megamax now. I recently ordered them from you. The really like the free shipping. Free shipping is a huge thing for alot of people right now. The only issue I have is you advertise 1 to 3 day shipping. It usually takes me about a week to get my order from your company.

Other than the fact of them being on…
Other than the fact of them being on vacation when I placed my order, which the message said should ship... Things were good... I prefer to order from a local vendor and needed them sooner than from my usual place... It all worked out in the end... I was wearing my last diaper when the new order arrived... 3 day shipping is much better than where I use to order from, over a week for delivery... Thanks!!
