Thank you for your feedback. We do state on the site that the BetterDry takes a little longer for shipping due to it only being stocked in our Pennsylvania warehouse. Mostly all other products we can usually get delivered in 1 to 3 business days. We are very sorry you were not satisfied with the shipping and if you do ever order with us again we would be more than happy to hear your opinion on which carrier you would like for us to use. Hello. We do apologize for the lengthy time it took your package to reach you in Israel but unfortunately this is out of our hands due to customs. This is explained in our shipping policy. We also refunded you the $60 for the inconvenience even though we won't be able to get this money back from USPS because it's not a guaranteed delivery to Israel.
