Llenu have only partially refunded me for a parcel of clothes that was never delivered to me. Evri (Hermes) said they incorrectly labelled the parcel as the wrong size (letterbox sized instead of large) so they returned it to sender. Evri admit they should have just brought it back to the depot to be relabelled but they said I need to take it up with Llenu, who won't give me a full refund and are based in Hong Kong, so they really don't care about my money they are withholding. Have taken up with credit card company who are thankfully being brilliant but Llenu are thieves.

I received an email stating order delivered and it has been four days and still nothing. The only way to contact them is by email. If I do not receive a reply, I will file with my credit card.

I ordered 2summer dresses, and a Tshirt. The quality was extremely poor, so bad that these items should be free. Customer service is a joke, really doesn't exist at all. They have refused to provide a return address so that I can return the items. I don't even want a shipping label. The quality is poor I will pay to return them.
