I have never experienced greater incompetence in my life
I have never experienced greater incompetence from a single company in my entire life. I have had to call their office no less than 10 times for different problems. I did not receive my certificate of formation when I formed the company and took months and multiple phone calls to receive it. On top of that the EIN number I was given was for a different company name than mine and now I am being told I need to wait up to 6 months to get it fixed. These people are completely incompetent. If you want to form a company go anywhere else.

I feel trapped using your service now…
I feel trapped using your service now that I paid a $199 one-time fee, even though your advertising is highly misleading. Attorney access is not included in any of your subscriptions, and there are hidden fees all over once you're past the paywall. I will continue on with the service for now because I can't get my money back, but I'm not registering any of my subsidiaries with you and will be cycling out as soon as I've gotten my $200's worth.

Total lack of follow-through
Have gotten the support I need to fix the problem with my Secretary of State Office. Total lack of follow-through. Since they took the first step, I cannot do anything about it. They serve the entire United States; you would think they would have support hours beyond 4:00 PT.

What a scam
What a scam. Good at taking money. Good a making sure they're paid with NO follow up. Get onto their website and tried, unsuccessfully, to get the additional information they needed added in. Nope. Not happening. They reply back with an email, "just call our customer support line." Nope. Scam phone number that will not dial through or says it is no longer in service. SCAM.

Website had difficulty advancing to…
Website had difficulty advancing to next stage. Reported issue. Also, never asked me for SSN. That delays EIN by 45 days. Filed myself online and got instantly.

Terrible
Terrible, paid for an LLC and they cant complete it due to some internal error on their end. They just keep telling me they are working on it with no answers or resolution.
