Livotel Lat Phrao Bangkok completely ignored me after I left items in the room
I stayed at Livotel Hotel Lat Phrao from April 27 to May 1, 2026, in Room 708. After checking out, I realized I had left some personal items behind in the room. I tried to get my items back. I contacted Agoda (who I booked through), but they couldn't get the hotel to cooperate or reply. I have tried numerous times calling and emailing the hotel directly, but they have completely ignored me. Total silence. It is incredibly frustrating that a hotel refuses to answer basic emails about a guest's forgotten property. Once you check out and they have your money, their customer service completely disappears. I do not recommend staying here. Status: Unresolved
