I am frankly appalled that £36.99 was taken from my account without my clear understanding or consent. Although I purchased the £9.99 trial, I was completely unaware that this would result in a £36.99 charge. The terms were not made sufficiently clear and feel deliberately misleading. When I contacted support to request a refund, I was met with an uncooperative and unhelpful response. Rather than address a genuine customer concern, they simply dismissed it. This experience has left me feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the company's approach to customer care.

I saw an advert on social media for this company and was interested to know more about liver detox so I paid for a 7 day trial. I didn’t realise that I was actually signing up to an ongoing monthly subscription as I would never have got involved at all. The first I knew about it was when I saw £60+ had been taken from my bank account and I was really shocked. I approached the company and explained what had happened and that I had not used the service beyond the initial 7 day offer and asked for a refund. I explained that I suffer with mental health issues and that the situation was making my problems worse. They refused to give me my money back despite me explaining that this transaction had put me in a grave financial situation. They said I should have cancelled it before the payment was taken but as I tried to explain - I didn’t know I had signed up to an ongoing subscription so why would I cancel something that I didn’t know existed? This has caused me so much distress and feel that this company don’t have any problem exploiting their vulnerable customers and are not prepared to look at individual cases as it is quite obvious that if it wasn’t used after the initial period the customer did not intend to extend the subscription. I have tried contacting them numerous times in the hope that common sense may prevail but keep getting the same standard reply without assessing individual customer concerns

Buongiorno, questa mattina ho aderito al vostro programma pagando per 3 mesi ma scaricando l'app. non si apre percio' vi chiedo gentilmente di far funzionare l'applicazione in lingua italiana, oppure rimborsare la somma che vi ho accreditato. Grazie Amalia Spinaci

Beware of automatic subscription. On 1/9 I paid £5.09 for what I thought was a one week liver detox diet plan. On 3/9 I see £64.69 had been taken from my account. Upon requesting that this money be returned I was informed it was not possible to do so. I am a pensioner and I cannot afford to lose £64.69. Now I will not be able to afford to buy the ingredients to even do this diet. I guess it is a hard lesson learned and I feel very upset by this whole experience.
