I love your products! I have not used them as they are all for gifts, but I love the scents and I especially love the packaging. My kids love the West and I know they will be excited not only by the packaging but by the names and scents of the products.

My order got held up and was delayed for a couple of weeks. I sent an email to the company and Customer Service Rep Elizabeth answered up very quickly to get my order underway.
