Retaliatory Termination & Locked Out of $1,000 in Earned PayI am an independent contractor who has…
I am an independent contractor who has successfully provided services for LiveOps since 2023 across multiple programs, most recently the SafeRide program. On my termination date, LiveOps abruptly ended my contract via email, claiming a "material breach of contract" due to the alleged use of profanity on a customer call. This accusation is completely false, fabricated, and impossible based on my call history. I state under penalty of perjury that I did not use profanity on any call. LiveOps cannot produce a single valid, untampered audio recording or transcript to support this claim because it did not happen. I am an independent contractor who has successfully provided services for LiveOps since 2023 across multiple programs, including AbbVie, and most recently the SafeRide program. On my termination date, LiveOps abruptly ended my contract via email, claiming a "material breach of contract" due to the alleged use of profanity on a customer call. This accusation is completely false, fabricated, and impossible based on my call history. I did not use profanity on any call. LiveOps cannot produce a single valid, untampered audio recording or transcript to support this claim because it did not happen. Following this retaliatory termination, LiveOps immediately locked me out of my contractor account. Because of this lockout, I am physically blocked from submitting my final invoices through their portal for my recent work on the SafeRide program. LiveOps currently owes me approximately $1,000 for services already rendered. Furthermore, despite classifying me as an independent 1099 contractor, LiveOps mandated software provisioning on my personally owned computer, which I have fully documented. They are withholding my earned income while restricting access to my own system records.
