Worst Travel Planning Experience Ever
Anne Gordon and Live Life Travel contracted to plan our 20th anniversary trip but did not deliver any trip plans or reservations. She agreed in writing to provide a refund of the planning fee, but later refused to do so. In the end, I felt deceived, defrauded and bullied by her and her company. I have provided copies of her written promise of refund to the Better Business Bureau. I hope they can resolve this, as it appears that Anne certainly has no intention of keeping her word.
