We're using LiveKit inside our product Loopless AI and found Livekit extremely smooth for our Voice AI Calling agents. Also cost wise the per minute credits are very reasonable and yes a great customer support !!

LiveKit.io is the future of of Live, SIP, talking, Interactive Avatars. They handle the Engine behind this next wave of development. I developed my own WebRTC, and was running my own CoTurn Server, to power my Live Interviews, and Pre Recorded interviews, with Guest. With three swift docker containers, this was all in place for me, and more. I found them, while searching for Avatars, to go with my Live Assistant, which speaks with my guest, before joining the broadcast. As I looked through their suit of software, I realized they had already created the Engine. Live Kit: Server, Ingress, and Egress, written in clean GoLang, was the perfect fit for what I needed. Great Community for support, and not just for talking avatars, but also for those companies who wish to run their own Business Meetings, and perfect for content creators, who need to bring guest in Live with them.
