Hello Everyone, First of all thank you Paragon for coming up with this program. It is very affordable and you have made it so easy to take the vitamins. I am on day 22 and here is how I am doing. 1) It is easier to bend down and up without all the little pains.2) I have a better overall outlook on life. 3) My legs had a slight burning feeling and that is going away.4) I was taking vitamins before Paragon, but did not know how to balance them.5) I am drinking a lot more water.6) I get up in the morning with more energy.
