Trying to make my purchase of a 1 month card. The site said that my purchase was canceled. Five days later, I find two instances of that purchase, sent to my cc. Horrible website to purchase codes. Best bet would be to either buy straight from your Xbox, or get off your lazy a**, and purchase an actual card.

Log into your Xbox Live account;
Click the 'guide' button on your controller;
Go to 'games & apps';
Select 'redeem code' (all the way at the bottom);
Enter the received code and click 'done'.

I just paid, the code won't open after downloading, money has been taken from my bank. have tried to contact these people twice, and no email has been sent to me..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Xbox live has not heard of you! going to my bank in the morning to file fraud!

Got gold, but NO HULU!
First of all, I received my one month xbox live gold membership code in my email. That part went by without a hitch, very satisfied. However, I signed up for the "promotion", which asks you pay a few dollars more, to receive a month of HuluPlus as well. Sad to say, I received NOTHING on the HuluPlus membership. No code, no links, nothing. I would have rated 5 stars if not for this. If I pay for something, I expect to receive it. To make matters worse, I emailed customer support 3 days ago on the same issue, and have yet to get a response from anyone. I sent my order #, and even copied a picture of the screen stating that I "successfully purchased one month of Xbox Live Gold, AS WELL AS HuluPlus". Unless I'm missing something here, and overlooking something in the email that was sent to me, they didn't provide the services they said they would. Extremely frustrating and I am even a little bit insulted that I haven't received a response in 3 days. If someone tried to contact me and let me know they would fix it, they would have received 4/5 stars. As of now, they receive 1/5, and that's ONLY because I can't give them a 0/5.
