bought a 1month cardSubject: Order 10897649 that has been redeemed prior to sale!! have used this company on several ocassions wonder why they would screw me over now so for 13 bucks you lost a loyal customer and i will dispute with my bank.

I bought it and I entered the code but it said try again I did it again I did not work it said the se thing

I ordered the 12 month card online and the funds are on hold in my checking account but I never received a code. There is no phone number for me to contact any sort of customer service so I guess I just got ripped off and will have to dispute this through my bank.

Gave me a code that did not work

We purchased a 12 month xbox live card yesterday and received a redemption code via email that states it is not active and will take up to 24 hours to activate. It is the next day almost 24 later and code still doesn't work. We will see what 24 hours brings us... I emailed them twice and no response yet. Cannot find a contact number to call. Regarding Order #8172658 -------------------------------------- Updated Response as of 06/16 - To update everyone, yes they finally did respond to my outreach about the non-working code about 24 hours after I purchased and inquired why it was not working. They sent another code, again this second code did not work. They finally told me that I had to contact Microsoft myself about it. I am the consumer. It is not my job to fix codes that are not working for your consumer by contacting the manufacturer directly. That is your job. They were not helpful at all. I finally contacted Microsoft myself because this company was not helpful at all in getting their codes to work. Microsoft told me in the future I should just purchase directly because often there are issues with these 3rd party sellers and codes. I will take their advice and never purchase from your outfit again!

We purchased a one month Xbox live gold code. We got an email with the code but its so blurry. We can't read it. Tried it a dozen different ways. Complete waste of money. And there's no way to contact someone for help.

I bought you 3 month card and the code given to me was invalid, I got it and I put it in the second I got it, I even tried it 3 more times to make sure I didn't mess up the code. I payed 23 dollars and I deserve to be refunded or sent a working code. my order ID is: 7563697 bought it on april 17 around 3:50

I went through the steps and one my payment was confirmed I was given my code on the website, but never sent a confirmation email. Luckily I took a screenshot of the code. I've tried using the code a number of times and my Xbox says an error has occurred each time.
