Purchased a code from website an it's says it's been used already so basically lost my money when the website codes should be right. Very disappointing

Terrible trial
We purchased a 48 hour trial x box live account to use to see if it would be worth buying in the future. Then we get an email saying it may take up to 24 hours for the account to be active? We were not able to play online the day of purchase and tried many diffferent ways for the system to recognize our new subscription but we were never able to resolve it. I am very disappointed at micrsoft and the trial subscription was not worth it.

I purchased a 1 month code and it gave me an error at checkout saying the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was still taken off of my card and I still haven't received any code and it disappoints me because I've used this before now it stole my money and I get no reply when I contacted their office or whatever

Received a used code!!
I bought a 1 month code as a gift, i received the code only to find it "already used" when entered into my xbox one. I am sad because I've used this company before and they've been really useful, but I lost $12 useful bucks during the holiday season! It'd be nice to receive a new code...

i paid for one month subscription to xbox live, Hulu, and epix. but u never got a code for Hulu or epix
