Very perplexing…
Very perplexing living here past 4months. The new management team is so much better and more pleasant that the last nasty crew from Greystar. But even though there nice, the property looks like crap. Dog feces everywhere - so disgusting, so far have avoided stepping in it. Why do so many seemingly educated adults not pick up?!! I spoke w/ mgnt several weeks ago, but no action taken and no notices posted or sent out. It seems these same neighbors don't care to use trash cans...and so there's trash all over in the parking lots and grounds as well.
