Ease of use and their notification that one of the items was not in stock at the time and was not charged for it. I am assuming that as soon as it becomes available, it will be shipped and I will be charged for the rest of my order. Great place and have used them before.

not sure at this time

I ordered a 1909 VDB Lincoln cent. It took quite awhile to ship out. When I received my order, it was a 1909 Lincoln wheat penny- no VDB initials on it...I reached out to customer support the 1st time on Aug 7th, letting them know about the issue...it's now Aug 11th, no response from them whatsoever, in spite of me emailing them multiple times since then. I have requested a refund and they have not bothered to get in touch with me. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and the fact that they didn't send me the item I ordered.
