Tried to contact vendor multiple times with questions about order status and never received a response, not even an acknowledgment. It is stated that an order email will be sent when things have shipped. My last order just showed up out of nowhere and it still shows as unfulfilled on their website. My latest order, again unfulfilled and no emails about shipping or anything. The zero return policy also isn't great but in general I love their shop and their products, but they used to actually communicate and I'm wondering what's changed over the last few years.

The top and skirt were supposed to be a small and that is what the tags said but it was HUGE on me.

I received what I ordered eventually but it did take about 2-3 months to arrive. Would like to order again but dont want to wait this long.

Overall, my orders were simple and the time of arrival was decent considering delivery time of chinese products, however i can't help but feel that the products are rather genric, i have no problem with that, but with the cost they have, you might be better off with some other, bigger sites to buy this kind of stuff, unless you're here for the more *specific* things. If you have the pocket for it, sure give your princess a treat, but think thouroughly about it

Delivery took very loong Design and product is great

A little disappointed... I love the knee socks, super cute and comfy. The BABY panties though are too small (labeled 'one size', and I'm only a small.) and they started coming apart as soon as I put them on. So cute, but wish they fit and were better quality.

I didn’t get one item when I first ordered it in September. And it is now on its way in January

So here’s the problem. The things I bought were good quality but it took forever to get to me. I wouldn’t buy the tail again but that’s a personal preference, I like mine a bit fluffier. The paci is perfect.
