Thank you for your feedback! I'm very sorry that you experienced issues with your order. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our distribution center, we are unable to control how quickly it moves through the mail stream. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, restrictions on international transport, traffic in individual regions, and border controls may delay the delivery time of some orders. We are always happy to refund or replace products that have been damaged or lost in transit. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
