Half the order didn’t show up. I was never notified it was canceled. I had to contact them for a refund which thankfully I got but it’s ridiculous that the order was canceled in March and I didn’t find out till the beginning of May.

I ordered one item off the website and it never arrived after 2 months and then I found out it was returned so I was sent another one, and almost 2 months later it’s still not here

We are always happy to refund or replace products that have been damaged or lost in transit. A replacement for this item was shipped to you and marked as delivered to your address on September 12th.

I understand that do to covid shipping takes extra time. Do to this fact I ordered stuff that said ships from the US to avoid any real shipping delay, as the items were for a birthday gift, everything I ordered shipped from China not the US and took so long the birthday came and passed before the outfits got here. They were understanding when I canceled the remaining parts of my orders.
