It's been over two weeks, and my item hasn't even shipped yet. Not a great first impression. Update: Items finally received on the date expected; printing is flawed & length too short (3-4"). Policy says no returns/ refunds; hoping they make good on them.

Very long delivery time, website says 6 business days for delivery but it's been 3 weeks and still no update, I sent an email to the customer service and got no reply as well. Edit: the website says the order gas been fulfilled even though I never got it and the shipping tracking says ot got canceled yet i still got charged and have not received a single response on the emails I've been sending. Do not buy from this store its a scam!
