We got our videos in a timely manner and put one in quickly to watch. My children 3 and 6 years old sat and watched until I turned it off, repeating the words and phrases that they were hearing. Little Pim the panda is a hit!

I am very pleased with this company. I accidentally ordered the "downloaded" files instead of the DVDs and they corrected it for me without a problem.

I was having trouble using multiple coupon codes to make my purchase. I emailed customer service with the problem I was having. I received a response the next business day and the issue was resolved. Thank you Little Pim Customer Service.

this was a very simple process. I ordered 3 sets and received everything in a timely manner. These will be Christmas gifts so timing was an issue.
