I had not done any business with Little Fish Audio before this Black Friday weekend. By chance I contacted them because I had waited for 3 days just to get answers from other dealers to questions about buying Waves plugins and using vouchers. The service I got from LFA was fantastic! They answered my emails within minutes, matched the competitors' best prices without complaints and promised me these prices, including voucher deduction, even when it was unsure if I could get my voucher in before the end of the sale (this was communicated with Waves). I was impressed by the way Little Fish Audio handled the business, especially under the chaotic circumstances (i.e. Cyber Monday sales). They were fast, responsive, hassle-free, service minded and very friendly! Thanks to them I managed to get just the deals I wanted, at the very best prices, during this crazy sale. I know now who to go to first with my business in the future! Big thumbs up!
