I usually get pizza in my town once or twice a week There must’ve been a change in management. Thursday, I said at the window for over 10 minutes nobody came to the window so I left Then today I went to the window and sat for another 10 minutes with a car in front of me. She drove off because they had a 25 minute wait. And the kid behind the window looked like he was scared to death. It’s not like it’s a hard job. Store location is Derby Kansas.

Ordered my food at 9:50 pm. Was told I would have it by 10:13. Waited until 10:40. The driver msg’d me and said he had car trouble. I waited until 11:30 and still nothing, not even a message. I never received my food, but they charged me instead of canceling the order when they realized their driver couldn’t deliver it. Again, nobody informed me of anything. I called the store just to be told that I had to call tomorrow and cancel the order for a refund. Me and my kids went hungry that night. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

GONZALES . Very disappointing customer service and management. I placed an online order and forgot to select light sauce on my Detroit-Style pizza. I fully acknowledged that I made that mistake when ordering. However, when I received the pizza, it had far too much sauce for me to enjoy, so I politely asked if anything could be done. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do because I ordered it incorrectly online. The situation was then escalated to the district/general manager. The employee handed me her personal cell phone with the district manager on the line, and instead of the situation being handled professionally, I felt as though the district manager was trying to firmly “put me in my place” over what was simply an honest ordering mistake. The district/general manager made it a point to tell me that next time I need to order it correctly because remaking my $13.99 pizza would cut into their inventory and essentially turn it into another $13 loss. I’m sorry, but why is the company’s inventory loss being presented as my problem as the paying customer? I wasn’t asking for free food or trying to scam anyone. I paid for my food and simply wasn’t satisfied with the pizza I received. Yes, I made a mistake when ordering, but mistakes happen. I acknowledged my mistake from the beginning. Good customer service should not turn into an argument or a lecture about how much money the company loses by accommodating a customer. The pizza was eventually remade, but the attitude throughout the entire situation was completely unnecessary. When I asked if my other food could be kept warm while waiting for the replacement pizza, the manager even told me that she could have had me removed from the store. I was not being disruptive or disrespectful. As someone who works in the pizza industry myself, I understand food costs and inventory. However, I also understand that customer satisfaction and professionalism matter. The way this situation was handled made me feel as though management was more interested in proving a point and putting a customer in her place than simply resolving an issue. I will be reporting my experience to corporate.

I ordered two pizzas from the Godfrey store when I got home and opened them they were not fresh and looked as of they had been sitting and not made fresh, they basically just stuck my ticket on premade pizza. The cheese and pizza sauce was a dead giveaway nor was either pizza hot and I know what their fresh pizzas feel like out the oven. This was very distasteful on their part and tho they were always my favorite pizza its not the first time I've experienced this and I no longer enjoy their food. Need to do better with people's money.

I had a fair to good experience there with the orders and customer service. I would recommend it.
