Who can help us

Ordered on May 24th here in PH and received nothing. I wrote emails to them many times (that I forgot how many), but received none, even once. I am so disappointed that my money just went there wasted. Please beware of this product!

I ordered 2 items in may samething happen to me they said the container has arrived and your order will be sent ASAP its a total scam 100%

This is a total scam. Ordered a wireless solar power bank back in May and have not received it. I have sent numerous emails(7 to be exact) and no replies to them. It's very frustrating as this was a gift and I normally do not order online for this exact reason. However, I did my research and all the reviews at that time were good. Go figure! Facebook is where this ad popped up in my news feed...buyer beware! Never again will I order from an ad on that platform.

These guys are a bunch of scam artists. I placed my order in May, wrote a couple emails to either provide me a tracking # or give me a refund, and they finally wrote back that a shipping container had arrived and I'd be receiving my unit ASAP. They never sent the unit or provided a tracking #, and I've sent multiple emails with no response for about a month. I charged mine and was issued a refund from Citibank (thank you Citi/Mastercard). I would also like to hold FB responsible as well, as the ad that originally attracted me was in my daily feed from FB, and LitSolar was advertising on FB. Their FB page has mysteriously disappeared, and LitSolar is nowhere to be found.

Company advertised and was paid $121 for a solar bank but never sent the product. Attempts to contact went unanswered. Now there website does not appear to exist.

I ordered 2 items back in May. I made inquiries and was told I should receive a tracking number any day. A lot of canned emails that say the same thing. They do not respond to emails and their sit is no longer active. This is a huge scam.

Scam I ordered this on sale witch is good because it’s ONE HUNDRED DOLARS OF A 100% SCAM they told me the product would have a tracking number in some days and I tried to contact them and they didn’t get back to me
