Wish I would have checked before ordering. I, too, belive that this company(?) is a scam. Just waiting for the 30 days to be up so I can file with my CC company. What a disappointment.

Order placed April 27, order confirm email received same day. Tuesday May 3 asked for update on order shipment. No response. Checked back again on May 4 advised container held up in NY US Customs. Checked again around May 20, advised would be another 7-10 days. Container in LA to arrive soon. May 27 still no shipment. Emailed again to ask on status, response advised shipping details would be sent in 3-7 days. By end of day June 5 (after full seven day wait), still no shipping details. Contacted CC company to contest the credit card charge. Massively poor customer service and communication. As others have said, the amount of advertising is over the top. Dont trust them.

Ordered more than a month ago - did not receive the product - got charged $57.82 CAD - Phone number does not exist, emails not replied. 100% SCAM

Total scam. Can we not take an action against them? But how we can report them. I paid on May 14 and its 4 weeks now & counting, yet no product and top it all no response from the so called customer care. The form on website under contact us doesnt submit my message. I have email them at their ID starting with "info" and other one "help" at their domain, yet no response. How can i push them to refund my money.

Website is registered under godaddy I have reported them by emailing abuse at godaddy.com I suggest you guys do the same I also reported this website via scam agencies in the UK.

ordered a product but still haven't received anything or any messages, no replies to email. The site contact us is also not working well, any number listed on WWW is also not working, just too many add spams, reviews with no actual product delivery commitment and too much fake content, no solar power available can charge 20mah in one hour, the efficiency of solar cells is less. This is totally absurd.

Bought 2 —- company never replies to email -// took my money and ran —- you tube should be ashamed for this Shame for me to believing you tube — seems almost 99% of YouTube ads are scams ... amazing Feel like a sucker
