Scam! Paid for product May 24. Email was sent to me on May 28, that it would be sent out in 3-7 days with confirmation/tracking email. Nothing. June 11, an email apologizing for delays. Promised they just got a new shipment in and would send by June 15th or 16th with an email with tracking. Nothing. I contacted them June 17th, no response. I email again June 23. No response. July 1st I tried to send an email, but now the email/contact us is not operational on their site. I contacted my bank today, July 6. Informed them of all activities, immediate reversal was done on the transaction and my money returned to my account! LITSOLAR is a scam. There is no product. They hope people will give up and maybe some do, maybe some forget. I bet their Facebook AD gets 100,000 orders and maybe a third of them never follow thru or get their money back, or completely forget. That’s $39.98 x 33k orders. A lot of money they scammed.

These guys took my money and I never heard from them again. It's been 2 months and not a word. I sent them an email asking for an update but no response. Their listed toll free number has been disconnected. Total scam!!! I have disputed the charges.

Same as everyone ordered back in may recieved what im guessing was a mass email apologizing for hold up but going on 3 months now still no movement. Have wrote it off but seen some in coments disputed payment and got money back so will try. Shame cause I had friends waiting to see and if went well they would have bought one or two also.

Paid in full...like a fool! They have not shipped. They reported that their shipment had been delayed and that they would ship very soon. That was just about 1 month ago. I have written them a nice letter and a less nice letter to no avail. No product, no refund.

Everyone should file a complaint with the FTC Federal Trade Commission is the only hope to getting your money back

Scam, ordered from the place because I received 60% off and after a month, never received anything. Disputed the charge through my CC and received my refund. Also emailed them 5 times with no response.

They are a scam, they lied to me I paid for this product on May 15. Few days after, they said the product was out of stock and that they would replace it the following week and send it to me, but after that they continued with the lies and took too long to answer my emails. The last email they answered was June 11. On June 11, they told me that I will receive the tracking number on June 15 or 16, since that I didn't receive anything. They don't respond my emails. I already call to bank of America and made a claim.

This company is a joke they answered one of my 5 emails told me a container was found to ship their product I bought to me and would ship on the 15 or 16 of June no tracking number nothing.
