Same here. Just disputed the charge with Bank of America. Likely won't be successful, but trying anyway. Has anyone tried disputing? If so, were you successful at getting a refund?

Ordered on May 6, 2020. Actually received correspondence 2 times from them before they pulled the proverbial plug on the storefront. They assured me that my order was almost cleared through the border and I would receive it in 5 to 7 business days. 2 weeks later, the website shut down. Would have been nice if somebody had info on them and found where they were. Seems like another company gets away with our money, without having to provide anything. I'm sure they made millions as the ad on sites was convincingly good. It made sense to order, even after reading some bad reviews. Oh well. Once bitten, twice shy. So hard to trust anybody nowadays. So angry with this company... not just for me, but the hundreds of dollars each that they scammed from much more vulnerable people. I REALLY hope that somebody takes them down and they get arrested or worse, wherever they are.

Same as everyone else - ordered on May 23, haven't received anything / any tracking info, or any replies to my inquiries.

If I could give a review lower than 1 I would. Ordered May 14th & now not responding to my emails.

This is aweful. Ordered 4/30/2020. Got confirmation email that order was received and that was it. Tried emailing - nothing. SCAM SCAM

Like the other reviews I have read, I too ordered from LitSolar in May and have not received anything. Their website is shut down. SHAME on them!

Total scam... ordered 20 May 2020 and not had anything back. Have emailed info | litsolar.com asking to confirm delivery etc and never even had a reply. Have reported it to shopify.com at shopify.com -legal - report-aup-violation
