4 weeks later and still has haven't received my order. Customer service is non existent and their phone number is disconnected.

I've been waiting since the end of May for either my product to arrive, OR, for someone from this ridiculous company to return a message, text, email, ANYTHING. Checked with the BBB (too late, unfortunately) and saw numerous other complaints. I would say that customer service is bad, except that it appears there IS NO customer service. Now I'm just trying to warn everyone I can not to do business with these snake oil salesmen. Buyer beware....

Very horrible support. Almost 2 months since I ordered and no response to when I will be receiving my product. Multiple attempts to contact them. Screw them! I am doing a charge back and taking my business elsewhere!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I still haven’t received my purchase. They responded to 1 email indicating that there was a issue with a shipped container and haven’t heard from them since. I have filed a dispute with my credit care company. I will be researching the corporation tomorrow and contacting the state attorney to file a complaint too.

This a complete scam, they are good about presenting product, but no delivery. Even their phone number on website doesn’t work. Better to send your money to charity than these crooks.

its a scam.. i ordered it in the begginning of march.. they gave me order number but havent receive any.. i followed it up around 10x and ddnt receive any reply.. its a scam dont buy it

I cannot believe i fell for this scam and paid litmobile money for Wireless Solar PowerBank. I have placed an order on 5/25/2020. It is 6/9/2020 and there was NOT even one notification that my order being shipped! No communication! No responses to my emails! They did charge my credit card fast! But there is no shipment of my product! Is there anyway to get the money back? I work too hard for even penny. .... I cannot believe this .... I hope these scammers get back what they deserve....

Absolutely SCAM. Don't fall for this website. Advertising is everywhere facebook, and YouTube but you will never receive the purchased item. They don't respond your emails. The phone number is disconnected. I hope you guys pay for stealing our hard earned working money. If you think stealing will make you rich you are wrong.
