Scam. I placed an order on 5-5-2020 and they charged my card. However, they never shipped my order, and they never replied to my inquiries. Eventually, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I would not trust this company at all, and do not be deceived by their reviews, nor their slick ads.

It's always a dead give away when you look at the reviews on a products website and they're all positive. Even the best have bad days so that shpuldve been a warning from the get go. Piece of crap doesnt hold a charge new out of package. Company will not honor warranty . I'm so done and filling fraudulent usage on my credit card. I'll stop to their level and deny I even ordered from them amd they stole my info... scumbags. Dont even deserve one star. Hundreds of 5 star on their website are all bogus so buyer beware scams company

Complete garbage. don't waste your money

My experience has not been a good one I ordered one of their products on their website. But they have yet to ship it even though they charged my credit card months ago sensitive past 30 days my bank won't even talk about refunding my money. I get no response from their website when I try to email them they don't have a phone number where you can even contact them on the phone. So don't waste your money cuz you just throwing it away yeah the covid-19 19 might be going on but they're just taking advantage of us now.

Complete scam. Ordered over two months ago and still haven't been able to get a hold of this company. The phone number listed is no longer is service, please stay far far far away

This is a SCAM!!! I ordered 2 of the Lit Solar Powered Power Banks because of the ’great deal’ they were offering. I expected to have some delay due to the Coronavirus, but after sending 15+ emails asking for an update, I still hadn't received any answer. The only email I had gotten from them was a confirmation of my order. After sending another email stating that I wanted an update or I was canceling my order, I received a message a few days later saying that the products we're back-ordered due to Covid-19 and they should be sending them out in a few weeks. After going online to look for REAL REVIEWS, not what they had made, I chose to cancel my order. I have now sent another 5-8 emails asking for my order to be canceled over the span of 10 days. Still, no response. To make matters worse, they had already charged my credit card!! I have never met a company that charges the second you place the order and not charge the card when the order ships. I am planning on calling my credit card company to report a fraudulent charge if I do not hear back soon. If they do end up shipping their cheap/non-working products, I'm not opening it and just ’returning to sender’. Save yourself the hassle, the money, and your sanity. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Product (Wireless Lit Solar Bank) does not work. It cuts off after 5 to 10 minutes. Litmobile will not issue me an rma so I can return it. They don't answer their emails except to tell me to send my complaint to rma @ litmobile.us. According to their terms of service, I will not get my money back if I don't get authorization from them to return it. I have sent dozens of emails to 4 different emails to their company and no answer. They took my money and gave me a defective unit. When I looked up their name, I discovered they have thousands of complaints just like mine. I think this should be investigated for criminal charges. They are scamming thousands of people out of millions of dollars. They are total crooks.

I saw ads for the solar powered battery bank on YouTube and it looked cool. I placed my order online and they took my money within 24 hours. But 10 days later I still had not received the product. I emailed the company asking for the status. I received a response directing me to contact them through three other email addresses for different departments. I tried the sales one as that seemed the most appropriate. They did not respond. So I issued a credit card transaction dispute. There are similar items on Amazon so I'll just stick with a company that I've always had good communication with and prompt delivery.
