I tried the site with the 1 year plan…
I tried the site with the 1 year plan mainly because it says plainly " If you are not SATISFIED, you can request a refund within 30 days." I was not satisfied. I was lead to believe that there were way less restrictions on what I could make than what is actually true (not even just NSFW stuff, but action violence/fighting is heavily restricted.) That does not work for what I need. In addition, the site went down for several days because they lost their website domain. Needless to say I lost any faith in this site being useable for me. When I requested a refund customer service told me my reasons did not qualify for a refund. When I emailed again about it they completely ignored me and never responded. Not to mention the fact that I spent a long time trying to find the "request refund page" that you are supposed to use and never found it. Overall this company just gives off bad vibes and I will advise against it if anyone ever asks. UPDATE: To just make further clear that this is NOT a company to be trusted... They left a message on this site saying they would reach out to me. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not received any communications from them. And yes, I checked in my spam. My guess, they just want it to "seem" like they care about negative feedback and never really follow up with anyone.
