This store is a total scam! They list items in stock that they do not have and show the status of your order as processing for WEEKS! Do not buy from them! I had to cancel my order and don't know if I will ever get a refund . BEWARE!!!

Ordered King Innovation landscape connectors on 10/28/2025. Credit card was charged same day. A/O 11/10/2025 I have not received the purchase, the LitestoreUSA website shows "Processing". I have completed my project and no longer need the item. Phone calls go to voicemail.

This online store lists everything to be in their stock, but does not have any parts. They charged me $350 on 10/09, and never communicated to me about the expected shipping date. Had to call 5 days later and found out that the parts were not even on order with the MFG. Do not order from them.

The light arrived well packed and in good condition. The only wish I have is that the seller would provide better information regarding the order, and delivery. I was able to print my invoice, but the email confirming the order, I received only after calling the store. The invoice has only a general information about the shipping method, which says, "Our Carriers". No tracking number was provided, but after all that I am happy, I received my order. Thank you

Placed and paid $120.99 for a Panasonic FV-0511VF1 WhisperFit DC 50/80/110 CFM Bathroom Exhaust Fan on 8/16/2022. No communications since and nothing shipped as yet. They do not answer email or the phone.
