We own multiple Litespeed Licenses and would never think of running a server without. The updates, support, software, and features are second to none. It's amazing how much Litespeed can be tweaked to suit any specific need. We 110% recommend Litespeed web server for any and all internet hosting needs.

The MemCached version from LiteSpeed is giving fatal PHP errors in some scenarios. The reason is that there is some discrepancy when data is saved to LSMCD and when data is read out from LSMCD. Because LSMCD is a less priority project for LiteSpeed the issue is unsolved and we cannot use it.

These guys provided speedy support, an honest assessment of my situation and an all-around quality service. Highly recommended. Completely trustworthy.

I was a bit sceptical when first trying out LiteSpeed Ent & Quic Cloud. These two work in tandem and especially made to boost WordPress's performance. I also use Quic Cloud and setting it up can be abit confusing. But I must say, that LiteSpeed & Quic Cloud customer support goes beyond my expectation. Honestly, I was just a free tier customer and the agent I was speaking to - Wade, was so lovely and he helped me from start to finish. After optimisation, thanks to the detailed documentation & help from the agent, I got 96 on Lighthouse and it was a fully packed landing page! I really felt the snappy loading from my end and my colleagues from other parts of the world confirms that too, so it wasn't just metrics, but it also contributed to improved user experience. I must say with confidence that no matter how good a product is, a great customer service is so important. I'm planning to be a paying customer now and upgrade my client's websites to LiteSpeed now, they deserve my support. Special thanks to Wade, for helping me out.
