We’re sorry to hear that your product has stopped working and that you’ve struggled to get a response. You should be able to get help with a warranty claim without having to chase us. We have a very smooth warranty process on our site that should make it easy. We haven’t been able to locate your order or emails using the name on this review. We're really sorry to hear that one of your lanterns arrived faulty and that resolving the issue took so much longer than it should have. This is not the experience we want anyone to have with Litehouse. We appreciate your feedback about our support experience. We use AI to help our team respond more quickly, but every customer should still feel heard and supported by a real person. It's clear we fell short here. Hi Silvia, Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review, and for giving us the opportunity to assist you. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the lanterns and with the support you received from our team. Regarding the working time for the Lantern, we have used the most advanced solar and battery technology and continuously looking for improvements. On a full charge our lantern has recorded up to 50 hours of run time on a low brightness. Although that is full charge and when charging purely with solar the charge % depends on many factors like hours of sun, how direct the sun is, how clean the panel is, etc. However on an 8 hour sun charge you should get 8 hours of light minimum. We would love to have you join some of our testing users for us to improve based on different users. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing Litehouse.
