Litehouse LightingReviews of litehouselighting.com

I could not be happier than I am with my Litehouse Solar Lanterns. They create a beautiful warm light, which makes sitting outside so lovely. My guests have been so impressed and everyone wants to know where to get them! Yes, of course, I shared the info! Even more impressive, especially in a world where customer service request can be a challenge, Litehouse performed flawlessly when one of my lights was flickering. I thought I would need a replacement, so I contacted Litehouse via IG and they quickly responded! They let me know they would offer a replacement, but suggested that I perform a brief reset in the event the flicker was caused by ambient light and it solved the issue!! It saved us both the hassle of a return. And, even when I was slow to reply to their email, THEY stayed on top of the follow up. Thank you, Anasol! So impressive. Don’t hesitate to try them, they are beautiful, high quality, and the customer service is awesome!

These lanterns are wonderful . I did receive one that was faulty and setting up an exchange took some time but in the end I received personal attention and a replacement was detached along with a return label for the faulty one. I now highly recommend this company. My daughter also ordered two and loves them. You will love these lights.

The customer service was absolutely top notch; I am very impressed!

I had a question regarding installation and Customer Service was very helpful and offered two options. The lighting is so beautiful and I'm a repeat customer. Once I receive my second order I'll have 3 lanterns and 4 wall lights.

I bought some solar lights from this company - they were great and would have been perfect, but sadly the wrong color/temperature - I was dreading trying to return them for a refund but the service I received was OUTSTANDING. Nicole was very quick to respond, and incredibly understanding and helpful. This is NOT the norm these days which made it so completely refreshing. I will retain the company details and surely order something from them in future. THANK YOU

The quality of the product from packaging to functionality is outstanding. The ability to change the vibe of a space by easily relocating and/or adjusting light levels is what truly sold me.

It happens occasionally that a product you purchase is faulty. It can be an uphill struggle to have the problem resolved. Sadly nowadays it often seems that no-one cares. Not in this case, quick, positive attitude, problem solved painlessly. The product is also great, and I will purchase more...

Great company to do business with I ordered two of their solar lights, which are exceptional. The shipping took a while, but probably just cause we’re used to getting things in a couple of days from the “big online retailers“. I had to return an item – my fault in ordering. The return process was a little tedious, but they did it well and were very helpful. I’d recommend Lighthouse lighting’s products and as a company.
