When I was able to purchase your products no real problems. Since I am a resident of PA and you no longer sell in PA its a moot point now.

I have ordeed coils for my Aspire K1 and CE5 twice and have not been able to find the correct coil. Therfore I have approx. $40 invested in coils I cannot use. Your descriptions of coils needs to be revised so there is no doubt as to which one to order for whick atomizer.

Today alone I received 5 emails asking me to review litecigusa. So here's my review. They send to many emails asking you to review them.

Not a lot of choices

Good PA customers were left in the dust. Other companies deal with the PA tax, but not Litecig? I loved Litecig, best company for me, but I was left in the dust. I would pay more for the products to defray the tax, but was never offered. Also, no notice on the site. If you are from PA and you try to order you start to think you are going bananas because PA won't populate.

The customer service needs some major improvement, and tact.

I have been ordering from litecig for a number of years. Overall the service is good and shipping is reasonably fast. It seems that more often they are out of stock on much of what they advertise which can be frustrating.
