Purchased a limited edition ihybrid Celtic mod by faceless years ago. When I didn't receive the product in 5 business days I contacted litecig via email customer care and was told that they had made a mistake and over sold the mod. So 5 days later a refund was issued only because of my inquiry. It was then that I found out that they did in fact have five of the mods I wanted in stock at one of there brick and mortar locations and when I inquired about them sending me one instead of my refund I was told that they were for face to face customers only. I am not a valued customer unless they have to deal with me in person. Needless to say no purchases sense.

I was sent the wrong juice. I emailed this company several times asking to have it exchanged and no one ever responded to me.

I received the wrong item, and they were quick to send return shipping so we could send it back. Then never got the correct order sent back to us. It's been 3 Weeks and they now do not answer E-Mails.
