I think the caps are too big. I have problems keeping them in my ears. I am afraid to really push them in too far. I had to have a cap removed from my ear with my old hearing aids. .

Mr. Kalin- Our Batteries For Life program is optional. When you sign up, a month's supply of batteries is delivered for a $6.95 shipping and handling fee per month. You can also find the batteries at most stores. It's mostly a convenience program for our clients that can't visit the store very often. They help me in most situations but I can't seem to adjust them enough to hear clearly. The background noise is always an issue. They are too pricey but I would probably order them again. The smallest ear tips work best for me. I do I go about getting new tips?

It was a good gesture for my father. The customer service was very nasty with me. I had issues with understanding the payments, they immediately began assuming that i wasnt going to pay and sent me to another department. The next representative guy followed with the story line and was talking nasty.At this point hearing aids are now not working. Paid too much for them to buy another pair. But I don't think I can get any help about them now.

Ms. Phillips- With the age of the hearing aids, it's probably a tip issue. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. The one thing that stops me from giving more than 3 stars is the fact you do not have a rubber cap that fits inside the ear that is smaller than a 7. I need either a 5 or 6. The little skinny one you have is too small.

The hearing aids work good when I can keep them in my ears. Constantly having to put them back in. Because they are such a pain, I seldom wear them, thus I pretty much waisted my miney.

they really arent very comfortable and crackle when i wear them. After having them for sometime now, I wouldnt have bought them unless I was in bad need of them which i was not. I dont feel they are making any difference to my hearing.
