we have had alot of issues with the…
we have had alot of issues with the hearing aids. They have taken care of issues somewhat. but we do not think they are worth the money we are paying for them and if we could we would just send them back and be done with it all.

The hearing aids are not high…
The hearing aids are not high performance i have a lot better in the past you wanted the truth you got it

I can not hear any better with them or…
I can not hear any better with them or with out them! Not worth what I paid for them! Can't order replacement tips! Poor service and the list goes on!!!!

With the age of the hearing aids, it's probably a tip issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. Constant experience with ringing and…
Constant experience with ringing and cutting out completely poor product would not recommend to anyone feel completely taken in!

I have not been very happy with my…
I have not been very happy with my hearing aids. Never wear them as I always have a noise that sounds like wind blowing in my ears. I’ve changed out everything that I was told to do, still no good.

First few weeks they worked fine
First few weeks they worked fine. Then there were issues with the hearing aids. They wouldn't work. Sent them back took a while to get them back, when they finally arrived had issues again. Have not used them in over a year.

Poor accounting
Friendly customer care representatives but the accounting is a mess. Charged my parents card and mine multiple times for a single charge.

i can't here
I can't here what people are saying clear and loud enough. Even what ï put the volume up. It hurt my ear and make static noise
