Excellent product and I abused the ears with shower and working out side in the rain, I have lost one ear piece and the other one is not working, Out of quarentee fixed income so I will longer be able to hear,

I was totally satisfied with my experience with the person I talked with. She knew her products and was very helpful when asked about an update hearing aid. The thing that didn’t make the company five stars is that she told me replacement hearing aid would be here in 3 days it’s has been 3 working days and one week end. If my math is correct that is 5 days and counting.

Hearing aids are good, however, I already had a set so I seldom use the Listen Clear set at all. They will be handy if anything happens to the original set I have and I can't get them fixed at that time.
