The quality of the product isn't that good I've had to have them fixed twice already towards the end of the year but they're still working so we'll see how long they last

We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. If you'd like us to do this, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. It may also be a tip issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. I’m grateful to have found what I consider a good back up pair that I can have handy to use for normal speech. However my experience is limited using them as intended with the box control because I’ve had difficulty keeping track of them and keeping batteries handy because m previous versions are more advanced more expensive and take a larger battery and I have difficulty keeping a pair of those so I have ended up using one of each at times. On these aids I have to be more careful changing batteries and keeping them disconnected when not in use and even have pulled out the holder on this present pair as well as the first pair just trying to get new batteries in Now it appears that that in casement has fallen out of the box and can’t repair it I need to experiment more with the different settings when I have everything together and the situations to test them with the box. It’s just a little bit more weight to carry the box

If you need a new one, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. With the remote, once you set the volume you can leave it at home. The black button on the back of the hearing aids will change the program on both if you need to adjust it during the day. Customer Service can explain more if you have questions.

I was told I had a hearing loss but when I got the Hearing Clear samples I found they were not what I needed They were not helpful at all. I am not using them They are still in the box But I forgot I was paying $79.00 every month for them. I noticed it when I closed the account at the credit union after my father died. Now I guess it is too late to send them back to get my money back. Dang it!

I called to see what I would need to do to get my hearing aid programmed. I talked to a representative, and told her that I had gotten my hearing tested, and asked what I would need to do, she said they would need to send a box and I would send it back to them with the hearing test results. I still have not received the box.

Right aid works fine ,,but left doesn't work at all . Listen clear tried many times to solve this to no avail. My problrm is they refuse to refund the money for the one that doesn't work. Their excuse is it is out of their return policy. I went along with the different attempts to try to get it to work.
